Hi, I’m Lesley Whitford — the owner and creator behind Petal Pusher Emporium. Born and raised in the beautiful community of Parrsboro, Nova Scotia, I’ve always found inspiration in the natural beauty that surrounds us here on the Bay of Fundy.

I’ve been working with flowers for the past two years, but in many ways, this path found me later in life. After being diagnosed with heart issues, I was reminded just how important it is to slow down, focus on what brings you joy, and embrace what truly makes your heart happy. For me, that turned out to be flowers.

What started as a creative outlet quickly grew into a passion I couldn’t ignore. Today, I pour that passion into every arrangement and carefully chosen gift, creating pieces that help others celebrate life’s moments—big and small.

Petal Pusher Emporium is more than just a business to me; it’s a reflection of resilience, creativity, and the community I love. I’m so grateful to be able to create from home and connect with wonderful people along the way.
